You're Right, Sen. Kerry: It's All Our Fault

“This is the Tea Party downgrade.” — Sen. John Kerry

Dear Sen. Kerry,

On behalf of the Tea Party movement, please allow me to apologize. We had no idea.

Who knew that spending two years lobbying against more debt and more spending would cause a credit downgrade? It never occurred to us that opposing massive new entitlement programs like Obamacare would make us responsible for the tidal wave of future debt that brought down our AAA credit rating.

If only we’d gone to Harvard.

See, when we citizen simpletons waved signs like “You Can’t Spend Your Way Out Of Debt,” and “Stop Stealing From Our Kids,” we thought we were helping. It probably sounds crazy to you, but we figured the best way to avoid a debt crisis was to — gee, it seems so silly now — not to borrow all that money in the first place.

If somebody was waving “Spend More And Don’t Sweat It!” signs at our Tea Party events, I never saw it.

But now, thanks to you Sen. Kerry, it’s all so clear.

President Barack Obama wanted to spend $1 trillion in borrowed money on the stimulus, and we opposed it. Then he wanted to add trillions in new health care entitlements and we opposed it. Then he wanted a “clean bill” on the debt ceiling — authority for another $2.4 trillion in debt with zero in spending cuts — and we opposed that, too.

So obviously the downgrade is all the Tea Party’s fault. Because, um, well, you see ...

Oh, now I remember! It’s our fault because we wouldn’t agree to Obama’s proposal to... uh, what exactly was it Obama proposed?

I know he had...

Blaming the Tea Party for the downgrade is the most transparent level of idioticy I’ve ever been privy to witness from these liberals. I mean...really... It’s the Tea Party’s fauly? Good lord, take me home now.

Obumbum insanity: continuing the same failed policies, while expecting a different outcome!

I’ve noticed the same thing. Pardon my language here, but one of the defining characteristics of a f#%&ing loser is that he’ll always point fingers at someone else whenever something goes wrong. This goes for every elected official who played a role in this mess, as well as their lackeys in the media.

I think Harry may have squeaked out a close second by declaring we were downgraded because we didn't raise taxes. Very close race though!

I’m truly ashamed he once wore the uniform of a USN officer but then I remind myself that Lee Harvey Oswald, Adolph Hitler, and Benedict Arnold all wore uniforms at one time. There is only one serving politician more despicible than Lurch and we all know who he is!

Senator Kerry seems to have the mistaken idea that we work for him. He is the employee of the people of Massachusetts, and works for them at their pleasure

Blaming S&P is like blaming your oncologist for your cancer when he diagnoses you. Blaming the Tea Party is like blaming your friend who nagged you for two years about your funny looking mole and then finally drove you to the doctor against your will.

Well you are right, he does work for Massachusetts at their pleasure, and it must pleasure them very much because they keep sending this phony Mother Trucker back.

How many houses does John Kerry have now?

John Kerry wants to tax the rich and yet he hides his boat out of state so he doesn’t have to pay tax’s on it.

When your political foes are busy digging themselves into a hole, get out the way.

It is amazing to watch the Democrats self destruct right before our eyes. 57% of those polled by Rasmussen say they do not agree with this attempt to blame the Tea Party.

This attempt to blame everyone else when they control the 2/3rds of Government is going to bite Dems right on the butt

John Kerry is an American senator, and former presidential nominee, with an estimated net worth of $210 million dollars. John Kerry is a Vietnam veteran, who spoke out vehemently against the Vietnam War after returning home as part of “Vietnam Veterans Against the War.” He is the current chairman of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee.

Kerry is the child of Richard Jerry Kerry (1915–2000), a Foreign Service Officer and an attorney for the Bureau of United Nations Affairs, and Rosemary Forbes Kerry (1913–2002), a World War II nurse and member of the wealthy Forbes family.

John Kerry Saves $500,000 By Docking 76-Foot Luxury Yacht Out Of State

The plane, a Boeing 757-200 built in 1990, was chartered from TransMeridian Airlines and dedicated before taking off from Washington Ronald Reagan National Airport. The maiden voyage was a 5 1/2-hour flight to Oregon, where Kerry began a three-day Pacific Northwest swing.

John Kerry is the picture of that person born on third base who will never create a job other than hiring servants to wait on his family and avoid taxes.

In all fairness to Lurch, S&P had these gems in their downgrade report - “The act contains no measures to raise taxes or otherwise enhance revenues, though the committee could recommend them.” and “Compared with previous projections, our revised base case scenario now assumes that the 2001 and 2003 tax cuts, due to expire by the end of 2012, remain in place. We have changed our assumption on this because the majority of Republicans in Congress continue to resist any measure that would raise revenues, a position we believe Congress reinforced by passing the act.”

I disagree with S&P’s analysis but they do indirectly blame Republicans.

I am sure John F’n Kerry went after people with vigor who registered their cars outside of Massachusetts when he was prosecutor.
