Democrats retract accusations of tampering by Waukesha County Clerk Nickolaus (DUmmies Undermined)

BROWN DEER - The Wisconsin Democratic Party has retracted a public accusation by party officials Tuesday night claiming fraud during the recall elections.

The following is the word-for-word statement by spokesman Graeme Zielinski caught on camera by TODAY'S TMJ4, claiming that Waukesha County Clerk Kathy Nickolaus "(who) has shown gross incompetence, and maybe more in the Supreme Court election, is at it again."

Nickolaus has been under increased scrutiny since the election for State Supreme Court justice when she forgot to include election totals from Brookfield in preliminary results that she reported on Election night.

David Prosser retained his seat over JoAnne Kloppenburg in that race.

The remainder of all of Zielinski's comments are below.

"We believe that there's dirty tricks afoot.  We believe that there will need to be an investigation, or at least a very good explanation, for what it looks like she's doing to this election.  We'll wait.  We'll see what happens and transpires the rest of the night.  We may not have any more statements right now.  Of course, our legal team, we are exploring all our legal options right now.  We are getting as best information as we can, but right now, I can say it is our belief that the election that will determine the control of the Wisconsin senate is being tampered with.

"That's all I'm going to say."

"We're missing several wards in Waukesha.  It looks like she's sitting on them right now.  She's not releasing them.  We have exit polls.  We have information that we believe indicates some performance for us, that we believe she is sitting on.  It's much like she did in a Supreme Court race.

"We'll let the results speak for themselves, but right now, we'll wait to see what happens the rest of the day.  Right now, we believe that we were in the lead or near the lead in this race.  We believe that Waukesha County is at it again.  I'll come back.  I'm gonna get a little more information for you.  I'll come back one more time before the night is through.  You still may hear from Sandy Pasch, but right now, it is our belief that Waukesha County Clerk Kathy Nickolaus is tampering with the election that will determine the control of the Wisconsin Senate."

The Democrats later retracted that statement saying the party will not pursue questions of irregularities.

"Though we believe that Sandy Pasch was able to battle Alberta Darling to a virtual tie, on her turf, we will not pursue questions of irregularities. Those heat-of-the-moment statements came in light of the uncertainties that arose from a recent election, known too well," said state party chairman Mike Tate.

LOL! DUmmie heads will EXPLODE when they get slapped with this news. Right now they are convincing themselves that the Waukesha County Clerk committed fraud. This statement completely UNDERMINES them.

OK bear with me here

The democrats “retracted the statement” ?

But the next few sentences publish it in full?

Is this an non-libel libel attack?

uh huh BTW, sounds like this clerk has figuoed out how to end run their vote fraud- simply withhold the results, so the democrat operatives dont know how many votes they need to "find" or invent WAY TO GO GIRL

what's so funny is... all she's doing is delaying releasing her numbers to the press. She doesn't need to manipulate anything, just delaying the release of the numbers serves several positive purposes:

1. It drives the press nuts
2. It drives the left nuts
3. It makes it much harder for the left to manufacture the needed amount of votes in the cities to eek out a win. Since they don't know how many more votes they need to “create”

“”spokesman Graeme Zielinski””

That has to be some of the worst blathering I’ve seen since obozo was on TV the last time. Could he have repeated himself any more?

I doubt if their dem voters will even understand that the statements have been retracted - at this time!

I am SOOOOO PROUD of the CONSERVATIVE voter that came out to vote. THANK you from the bottom of my cheese curd bowl, the bottom of my beer glass for voting in your senate recall districts.

As I mentioned yesterday, I and many others were not able to vote (unless you are dead or a dem) in our own districts, those of you who did vote represented all of us in this great state.

THANKS for a terrific outcome! Job well done! Now on to next week. Don’t let up and don’t think we can’t pull off two more victories next week in the Dem Recall of the only two Dems left of the 14 fleebag Dems who fled our great state this Spring.

Let’s DO it again next week. The nation is counting on us.

Waukesha County Clerk Kathy Nickolaus is going to need prayers and maybe protection from thugs looking to retaliate

What a brave woman.

They’re getting off the phony fraud bandwagon because they don’t want THEIR actions scrutinized. Maybe an investigation IS in order.

I wish I could get a video clip of that gas bag Schultz on pMSNBC last night around midnight claiming that Waukesha was intentionally suppressing the votes and was rife with fraud. It was around midnight, and it was absolutely hilarious to see the look of rage on his face. I’d like to show that clip over and over to people who rip on Fox for reporting false info.

I feel lile driving down to the Wisconsin Illinois border and raising my middle finger in salute to all the losing union hacks leaving the state.

A lot of bad, dumb writing about this. The media must be apoplectic over this. I can’t help but think the quick turnaround on these remarks is to cover their own shenanigans. And I read elsewhere that one of the two dem recalls slated for next week could be vulnerable as well.

Let’s keep in mind that Milwaukee was the LAST county to post all their returns and still have one precinct not reporting! So what is the Left’s complaint again?

The claim that there was some ‘performance’ for the Dems in Waukesha is absurd. They were blown out in every precinct. What really happened is they wanted to do fraud in Milwaukee by sitting on the votes and they got beat at their own game.

I went over to DU for giggles today. How surprising that the WI recall was nowhere to be found on their home page.

It does smell like they wanted Republican districts to hurry up with reporting so they could stuff boxes in Democrat districts. It’d be easier for them to do since Dems control heavily populated areas that are notoriously slow to count anyway. It gives them cover for delays and time to find the votes.

Congrats to WI for holding the line tonight.

There's still an opportunity next week to replace Democrat Holperin with a TeaParty candidate (Kim Simac) in a majority Republican district.
