Looks like a clear-cut case of child endangerment—where are the folks from Child Protective Services? Oh that’s right, they’re unionized state employees. Can’t be bothered with a CWA or IBEW thug who deliberately put his child in the path of a car; the CPS gang is too busy persecuting suburban parents who yelled at their kids in public, or gave them a swat on the butt because they were acting out in a department store.
