Thanks. I was trying to stay away from Perry’s OTHER PROBLEMS...but since you bring it up...I know it’s too much effort for some on this thread, but if one searches on Perry and Gardasil, one will get to really start knowing this darling from Texas.
Oh, those folks here already have the talking points ready, justifying/excusing his myriad of deficiencies. Every time election season comes around, we have the same R’Bots chiming in with “(S)He can win !” Not much talk about their accomplishments or actual stances on the issues, but mostly just pimping their “Conservative promises”, which miraculously always manage to be 180 degrees from the reality of their governance (and if, heaven forbid, if said bots lose an argument on a point, they smack you with “you’re just a purist !”).
As I pointed out last night, if Perry were a FReeper, he’d have been ZOT’ted almost 4 years ago. It’s bad enough he supported the moonbat Al Gore for President when he still claimed to be a “Conservative” Democrat, he supported the liberal Rudy Giuliani for President last time around. I mean, really, who is he just trying to fool ? So Perry might be able to beat Zero. OK. And if he does, then what ? What great Conservative ideals will he champion ? In Texas, they’re still waiting for that Conservative champion in the Governor’s office. The GOP has more elected officials there now than at any other time in history, and what is Perry doing with that plethora of Republicans ? Not a damn thing (or rather, not a damn Conservative thing). But, boy, just like Slick Willard, he’s got a good head of hair. If only it were Conservative.
