I’m not excusing him, but an indecent exposure charge and a lifetime on the sex offender registry is pretty extreme for a momentary lapse of judgement with no victims. A ticket and a fine would be proportional justice.

You could dump the entire contents of a urinal out the second-story window right on you neighbors head and not be branded a sex offender, though you would be in plenty of trouble both civil and criminal for violating sanitation laws, and perhaps assault. Not to be mean, but to place a citizen on a sex offender list for public urination is the height of FemiNazi/collectivist wet dreams.

“Wrong” can be dealt with with a fine. I know this may be difficult reasoning for you because I have a Y chromosome and you do not (as you noted in your post) but consider whether your post is congruent with “Let the punishment fit the crime”.
