I think this is a standard issue patronizing lawyer-talk response. The way to avoid getting backed into a corner if you are a lawyer is to say "I have never heard that, and I have too much real work to do to look into it. You should just trust me on this, it is not a real concern."

The fact is, under the Obama administration, the DOT is planning to call for Farmers who operate major farm equipment (trucks, tractors, large harvesters, etc.) to have to get a Commercial License (CDL) in order to operate the machinery on their own property and then fill out all the logs and adhere to all of the schedules like a commercial truck driver or face fines and loss of license.

Farmers just need to convert to providing dung and bio gas green energy solutions.

Millions in stimulus loans are available from the government(from taxpayers) for green energy solutions. These loans don't even need to be paid back if you contribute to Democrats. Regulations are minimized.
