UPDATE: Here is Gene Wang’s story from on the ground in China. One excerpt:

What began as a goodwill trip to China for the Georgetown men’s basketball team turned violent Thursday night, when its exhibition game against the Bayi Rockets deteriorated into a melee during which players exchanged blows, chairs were thrown and spectators tossed full water bottles as Hoyas players and coaches headed to the locker room at Olympic Sports Center Stadium.

I think most of you do not understand that Blacks, especially American Blacks are FEARED and HATED in China. We can thank the Chinese propoganda machine for this.

I look at the horizon and I see war.

It all reminds me of how we introduced Japan to the industrial revolution, and how we got Pearl Harbor as a thank-you.

I think it was in the 1970s that China opened up its universities to Africans from ‘communizing’ countries. Then they had to send them all home because they kept raping the local Chinese women. I guess rage was brewing for a few decades.

Also, this picture is a contrast to how long it took Yao Ming to learn to foul as well as American players.

Nope, American Blacks are NOT feared, especially by their men and especially by their army. If you have the impression that the Chinese "fear" these undisciplined clowns, think again. They look at them like they do the Japanese, Koreans and Vietnamese.... like human garbage. Racist?...uh...just a little.

The Chinese have just built an aircraft carrier, have the largest engineering project ever built on earth, and are trying to show everybody that even our "best and most athletic" citizens (notice it was Georgetown and not Duke???) who would also be in the army, that they can't take a nice little beat down without packing away and running.

Politics, not sports but politics was what this was about. Our BLACK president, our BLACK basketball team..etc.... can't face confrontation without what???? Backing down. We looked like weak, undisciplined thugs that can only be treated with aggressive actions....then we back down. It's the opposite of speak softly and carry a big stick..... we now, talk smack and then call our lawyer or mama.

I've said it before and I'll repeat it. Look out for your sons, there's a war coming and there's a lot of Chinese males that are expendable between the ages of 15-26. Lots of them.

This was the 1936 Berlin Olympic Games without Jesse Owens.

this is what leaders project

putin

bibi netanyahu

.....

and we got this...

Photobucket

Photobucket

Photobucket

yeah... just tell me how much the Chinese "fear" American Blacks.... or even Kenyan Blacks.

you are correct and the reason was economic and cultural. The men in power decided that we were weak, distracted and could easily be defeated because of their culture of the Warrior and their absolute revulsion and hatred of the weak or cowardly.

The only problem we have now is that China isn't an island, has tens of MILLIONS of men....MILLIONS !!!!! that are going to be unmarried, unemployed and soon to be sitting in cities getting in trouble without jobs because they're centrally planned economy is going to fail like all other do and the leaders aren't going to want to be strung up like Mussolini.

I do wonder who thought it was a great idea to send a bunch of inner-city youths to China on a “goodwill tour”?

PC has dumbed down America.

So does this help or hurt the Chinese players’ chances of getting into the NBA?

Your assessment is, in my opinon, correct. Only those in denial can not see it. I actually believe that they can see it also, they just refuse to admit it.

The hate America crowd over here that engineered it in hopes that this action would win their approval, will be wailing, pleading, and begging as they are used for bayonette practice.

Georgetown was barely Catholic when I was there in the 70s. It’s been fully CINO for decades now.
