Why not say, “All criminals” who meet certain criteria such as attending school, having family in the military or are primarily responsible for other family members’ care.

Those who follow the rules and actually get Visas are treated the worst. If they are Mexican they are far better off just jumping the border.

I agree. We’re circling the corpse of our Republic. Two points. Congress will not defund unconstitutional programs. Congress will not terminate illegal EO’s. The Imperial Presidency has arrived.

I believe this is an impeachable offense...questions though:
1. Will it take precious resources Obama hopes we take off looking into other things and distract Congress?
2. Who in the R party will bring up articles of impeachment (Issa? Boehner? Ryan? Who brings up such?)?
3. While Congress is also “on vacation”, are there any tweets or Facebook messages from any congress critters saying this is impeachable, etc.?
Anyone out there know anything on these three points?

Someone needs to ask her whether national economic health is even an equation on what she considers a threat.
When crowded hospitals and schools fail due to illegal immigrants, is that considered a threat to economic health?
the problem with democrats is they live in the now,..rather than strategically thinking of long-term future. This diseased point of view skews their beliefs in desired policy. This is typically a product of how they live and not having the mind-set and money to invest in long term things. An obvious result of an entitlement nation. An overwhelming amount of teachers, municipal, state workers, and federal employees also have this mindset. If you’ve never worked in the private sector or owned a business and created jobs, your world is rocked if you get laid off from your comfortable government job.
The success of the private sector is what ensures the need and vitality of goverment services. Not the other way around.

Why did they have to go back? This administration doesn’t care if they would have stayed illegally.

To be an illegal in this country and to be able to remain in this country and function in any sort of capacity you would have to break further laws such as:
Perjury: Swearing that information a person has entered on documents/applications are true and correct.
Forgery: Often times acquiring documents such as fake SS cards, green cards and such.

Even so, the immigration issue is much bigger than individual circumstances. I applaud your friend for following the rules, but the bottom line is if as long as we continue to allow free emergency room health care, free schooling and lunches, and anchor-baby citizenship, and their country continues to spiral in a pre failed-state scenario, then most illegals will never go back. Until we take action to secure our borders due to economic and criminal concerns and their country takes responsibility for the cesspool they’ve created, everyone will continue to leave the sinking ship,..authentic fajita’s be damned.
