Southern Israeli cities came under rocket fire again for a fifth night despite claims by Gaza terrorists they were committed to a ceasefire. Residents in the coastal city of Ashkelon found themselves racing for cover several times throughout the night Monday as the Color Red air raid siren blared its warning, starting in the early evening.
Two medium-range Grad Katyusha missiles, fired by terrorists in northern Gaza, exploded in the Hof Ashkelon Regional Council district at around 7:40 p.m. local time. Both landed in open areas, although one set off a large brush fire in a field that quickly ignited due to the dry summer heat.
A third rocket attack was launched much later, at about 11:00 p.m. The missile landed in an open area in the Ashkelon Regional Council district. No damage or physical injuries were reported.
However, the necessity of racing for shelter late at night creates an especially difficult time for families with children or other relatives who are elderly or unwell, experts note. This comes not only due to the nocturnal disruption in the body's circadian rhythm but also due to the sudden spike in adrenalin that results from the body's response to the alert siren.
Earlier in the day, a rocket struck an empty building in the Eshkol Regional Council district as well. No physical injuries were reported in any of the attacks.

The a##clown and his posse including all his radical fiends are the cause of this distabiling effort.
then it’s not a truce now, is it?
What is the largest, most destructive non-nuclear bomb/missile the Israelis’ posses? What would happen to a city the size of Gaza if it were the target of such a weapon?
Since when do they have to tell the truth or hold to their word?
They should simply destroy them while they have the advantage.

When Hamas calls a truce, it is to rearm and find new civilian houses to hide in.
To honor a cease fire, they would have to be honorable. The concept of honor does not exist in Islam.
Thanks Eleutheria5. Does Hamas have a city hall? Broad daylight leveling of it would be a good idea.
“I think that Israel should have the US Embassy relocated to either Sderot or Ashkelon, you know, one of those places where the rockets have rained down during the “cease fire.” Since the oppressed ones have declared a “truce,” what could go wrong?”
Sure. And give the old Tel Aviv compound to developers to build housing for the “tent city” protesters. That would be some “social justice” right there.
The IDF needs to turbanate the whole filthy lot of them!
Arab promises are the hope of fools!
