The great news is; there is within the coping strategies site, a pearl of very great price. And this Be Still exercise is being used and growing rapidly within the ranks of the military. It is saving many lives that would have otherwise lived in despair and often ended in suicide. All can hear the exercise right on their front page at no charge. Let's all pitch in though to keep them funded. All activists! We need this centering exercise to fight the leftist that have captured our nation. We need to fight without resentment...you know, that motivating irritation about the hell that has taken us over...that has to go so that we will be highly effective and still free to be happy!

I am doing some good here, helping people with one of the best site on the web and you guys are just making fun of it...o well.

It would help if you explained some or cut and paste some of the text about this practice. Its a meditation used by the military to help vets and soldiers cope with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. I use it and love it but you forget that people who come here don’t have time to click on everything that comes along. You have to put a little effort into your post.

calling people names?? You mean silly and lazy? O come on Abigail2...they just came onto my post to make fun of it..bunny cakes or some such. It takes one second to click onto that wonderful site. I think he did and did not like it. As far as me wanting people to obey me or listen right away..maybe you can give an example? Because that is not how my post came across and is not my attitude. I know what I know now and have no more doubt and come across with that surity, thank God. But I do not push it onto people. In the case of Jesse, he is a public figure and it was not wrong to post polite replys of disagreements. I stopped when asked to. Not sure if you are referring to that?
I was just trying to help you. YOu only got 4 replies to your post. If you had done it differently you would have gotten more. You really dont’t like any constructive criticism.
Yes, I know you do try to help. You tend to over correct and correct the wrong things though and then judge me as being uncorrectable. I do think you may be right about describing it better. I purposely left it simple and just wanted to entice people’s curiousity. I do not know if it would have gotten more interest if I descrided it better. Could be.
