Illegal alien Jose Antonio Cua-Toc won $750,000 in the Georgia lottery. Fearing that he would be busted as an illegal under Georgia's new immigration enforcement law, Cau-Toc claims he gave the ticket to his boss, Erick Cervantes to cash for him.

Cervantes then did cash it in - and kept it. So Cua-Toc got angry. Very angry:

Police say Jose Antonio Cua-Toc threatened his boss, Erick Cervantes, and his wife, calling them repeatedly and saying he would "kill each of them and their children if they did not give him some of the lottery winnings..."
So Cervantes called police, and the Guatemalan national was arrested, and now faces deportation. MSNBC covered the story:

Boo Hoo. Too bad he didn’t have a valid social security number. Shoulda read the rules before he played.

From galottery.com:
“For prizes over $600, winners must fill out a claim form and present two forms of valid identification. The Georgia Lottery Commission must be able to verify the winner’s identity and Social Security Number (SSN), therefore; at least one form of identification must specifically identify the SSN. The preferred forms of acceptable identification are a valid driver’s license with current address and a Social Security card. Please contact a Player Information Representative for other forms of acceptable identification.”

Let’s see...the boss name is Cervantes. Is that Irish? He did that illegal dirty and had no right to hire him either. Both are creeps more deserving of south of the border residence where they belong.

>I’m sure Eric Holder will stick up for this poor illegal alien......Obama’s already stopped deportations.<

Holder will stay out. Cervantes, the boss is hispanic. Now if the boss was white and named Mr. Smith, the DOJ will be on the case.

I’d give him a peso and tell him to try his luck in Guatemala

The boss, Erick Cervantes, is most likely an ANCHOR BABY from the 1980’s. We’re so lucky to have our new US citizens.

[Guy’s not too bright. Should have cashed in the ticket, then been deported.]

The fact he didn’t do that ought to tell you what his story is worth.

That said, his boss should be deported with him. First he hires an illegal alien, then he steals from him. Send him back to Mexico too, even if he's never been there before.

"Fargin iceholes!"

And for the rest of his life, the boss will live in fear because the border is porous.

See, if you were not here illegally....you could have cashed the ticket yourself. Sorry, you loose. Guy that kept the cash is a s*%thead too!

This is wrong.

American law enforcement should help the guy recover his winnings, then deport him.

The boss should be prosecuted for theft.

I don’t want my country run like the third world hellhole this guy is going to be shipped back to.

How you likin’ slavery after the many globalist violations against the Monroe Doctrine, Jose? Kick the foreign bosses out of your own country, and make something useful. Then talk with us.

So Cervantes out crooked Cua-Toc. That’s what he gets for having a name like that! Why would he buy a ticket he knew he could not cash?
