No kidding. The anti-Perry sentiment on a lot of these FR threads is quite vicious. But I thought it was Ron Paul supporters.
it’s going to be an interesting year.
“It all began on Wednesday when Politico published”
...and there in lies the heart of the matter. The old divide and conquer strategy.
The answer is...put them on the same ticket.
I am very conservative and love what the TEA Party has done to move America to the right by pointing out the insanity of the present spending and borrowing Omama Administration. I want a winner in 2012 as I’ve been through the Bob Dole and McPain routes.
Rick Perry is conservative enough for me and is a winner. He needs to get behind border control and not even think about amnesty for illegals, plus pledge to support balanced federal budgets. With that, he should have the conservatives, most of the GOP and a lot of so-called independents voting for him. Imam will be a one term disaster.
We all admire Sarah Palin and she has her heart and head in the right places for we conservatives. But, be real, the mainstream press and Jay Leno jokes will kill her if she is on the ticket. We all want Romney to go away and Perry should be able to blow him out with one or two early primaries. We need to get a conservative President, Senate and keep the House in 2012 to save our country and Constitutional values. Perry can do the job.
