After rebels ransacked the compound of Muammar Gaddafi in Tripoli last week, they discovered an uncanny photo album filled with pictures of former Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice.
The album was shown to Rice who Gaddafi fondly referred to as his darling black African woman during a 2008 diplomatic visit to Libya.
Former State Department spokesman Sean McCormack told The Daily Caller that the former Libyan dictator whipped out the album during a private meeting with Rice.
Rice didnt talk about the episode to her staff until she had boarded her flight out of Libya.

“During the trip, Rice was presented by Gaddafi with a diamond ring, a locket with his photograph and a lute”.
Sounds like very personal gifts? Did Gaddafi have a crush on Condi?!
That is one sweet pun. Congrats!
I think it was probably the photos of her playing
the piano naked that freaked her out.
People can take me to task all they want, but I am not in favor of sending in female personnel to meet with the likes of some of the Middle-East leaders.
There are some appointments that should be male.
Did he have any snaps of Condeleezza in front of the Spanish Inquisition?
Yeah, the creep liked her.
Even I liked her after reading her book! And I’m a girl!
I think women and men are not equal. In most aspects, yes, of course. Re: the mid-east...no. Very difficult, this. But when you have to deal with people that do not have the same mind set...you have to deal with them.
I am blessed to live in the U.S. But know this. I feel bad for the ones that have to learn.
Thanks Pigsley. I agree.
Even if given as personal gifts, the U.S. law requires that the gifts can not be kept.
Did Condi give the diamond ring to Treasury or she broke the law?
Agreed. There’s nothing wrong with picking a female as the Secretary of State. However, in Muslim countries, we should send the Deputy Secretary of State (who is a male) instead.
