Tuesday's replacement of the acting director of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, who led Operation Fast and Furious, and resignation of the U.S. attorney for Arizona, who oversaw related prosecutions, are fitting consequences for their roles in that fiasco.
But they leave open questions of higher officials' culpability.
Still unclear is who's responsible for allowing illegal U.S. sales of hundreds of guns that agents lost track of while supposedly following their illicit trafficking to Mexican drug cartels. Until definitive answers emerge, denials of responsibility by Attorney General Eric Holder and President Obama remain as suspect as the notion that Justice's internal probe will reveal the Fast and Furious truth.
House Oversight and Government Reform Committee Chairman Darrell Issa, R-Calif., says he wants "to ensure that blame isn't offloaded on just a few individuals for a matter that involved much higher levels of the Justice Department." His independent investigation, which continues, remains the best hope for getting to the bottom of this mess...

The REAL reason for the mess is that Barry wanted to pretend that all that Mehhiccan crime was “caused” by guns sold in America.
This was intended to “justify” more crackdown on gun sales here in the USA.

The bad thing for Holder and crew is that the actions they took turning weapons over to criminals is a violation of law.
This prosecution will not end with the election unless Obama wins and he wins both House and Senate.
If Obama loses or the pubs control either the house or senate, this will continue.
Holder is on record having given a speech in Mexico regarding the startup of this “campaign.”
He can’t duck it.
Where is the call for a SI now.

No. obama needs holder in place. And the media needs holder so there is a firewall and they don’t have to do their jobs.
Holder can look forward to testifying full time when he leaves office.

His directing Mexicans to invade the U.S., providing them with supplies and maps, then directing how they illegally vote, while establishing outpost, is already a declaration of war.
When was the last time you heard him denounce the “Reconquista” movement?
A very good reason to vote for anyone but Obama is so that Holder can be indicted, tried, convicted, and spend the rest of his life in a federal prison.
