For satire to qualify as such, it must be, in some way, distinguishable from reality...:)

Well, let’s see… this thread was started by John Semmons, so it’s not REALLY GOOD satire!

Nowadays, to have some kind of indicator of satire I usually look for something outlandish like Republicans eating unborn babies or something like that, but when it’s coming from places like the Huffington Post, even then…

It was the ‘underwater origami’ thing that convinced me it was satire. But I could believe there are lefties who actually think this way.
