An elementary school in Colorado has come under criticism after they lowered the American flag and elevated a Saudi Arabian flag.
The principal at Bauder Elementary School in Fort Collins said they did not mean to disrespect the American flag, according to a report in the Greeley Gazzette.

The Ignorance of proper flag protocol seems almost willful, which is malicious as far as I’m concerned.
It was done with incompetence and shouldn’t be done period.
Couldn’t have said it better. Why should any other countries flags be flying on our school grounds anyway? After all it is not the UN building. Or the US Open tennis game.

Mistake or not, why is any flag other than the American and Colorado flag displayed anyway? Maybe the libs there would enjoy adding a Gadsden for the real Americans who care about the future of the nation. Or the scouting flags. Or how about a Confederate flag for kids who have moved there from the south. Saudi flag? BS!
And where is the ACLU as the Islamic theocratic state of Saudi Arabia’s flag flies over an American school at ANY height?

Here is the question that needs to be answered. Why did the school feel a need to display the flags of foreign countries to make the students from those countries feel good about themselves? Those foreign students are probably attending that public school while their parents are paying little or no taxes to support that school. That should be enough.
This diversity bs for the sake of diversity is insanity, whether it is happening at school or in the work place. It serves no real or beneficial purpose.
I agree. This wouldn’t have happened back in the 50s and 60s when I was in school. IMHO. In those days, Americans were proud to be Americans.
Ask the school principal if he’d allow the flying of a christian flag.
I'm sure the School District did not
purchase the Saudi flag.Who does it belong to ? Fire them !
