Illiterates come in all shapes , sizes and colors. Why do we have to think that our home grown’s have to have a monopoly on stupidity?
Mexico is a turd world nation capable of raising its own crops of illiterates, just wish they would stay at home on the farm.....
Chain ganging is a great idea.... it beats them sitting there watching TV and comparing notes on improving their criminality. Let them work, sweat and have a good nights sleep.
Plus the fact is a lot of prisoners preferred getting out and working rather than just sitting around. In some places, boys were paroled to local farmers who treated them better than their own families had.
