Watching the video is a pretty convincing argument she was railroaded. Since the DNA was thrown out, there is nothing to convict her on. And there was no motive was proven why Knox would have done this.

And where you the night of 9/10/2001?

I don't care about 9/11/2001, just your whenabouts/whereabouts a few hours before.

I am sure we will hear at least 2.5 stories ~ just from you.

Weird. I actually remember.

I was at a friends restaurant teaching everyone how to ruin their liver.

True story.

Funny, because I can’t remember what I had for dinner last night but that night I remember and the next day.

I don’t think I ate again until 9/12

Based on the reports I had read in the media, I thought Knox, and her boyfriend, were involved in some way. That is until I read the book The Monster of Florence by Douglas Preston and Mario Spezi. The prosecutor in the Monster of Florence case, Giuliano Mignini, is the same prosecutor in the Knox case. He is one sick, corrupt, arrogant, power-driven a-hole. He was convicted of misconduct in the Florence case, and given jail time, yet he still remains as the prosecutor in the Knox case and appeal. What a joke!! If you are interested in the case I urge you to read The Monster of Florence, then Murder in Italy by Candace Dempsey and The Monster of Perugia by Mark Waterbury. I just finished them, and am now convinced that Knox and her boyfriend Solicito were railroaded big time. Knox comes across as a kooky, eccentric kind of West Coast flower child, but the evidence, or more correctly the lack of evidence clearly shows that they are innocent. Not to get into the details, but there was no forensic evidence that showed that Knox and Solicito were in the room where Meredeth Kercher was murdered. However, the DNA of Rudy Guede, who was convicted separately and is doing only 16 years in prison, was all over the room and found inside Ms. Kercher. If you read the books I suggested, you will come away angry that these two young people were convicted by overzealous prosecutors who screwed up their investigation and outright lied to make the evidence match their theory of the crime.

A top level office was preparing for a conference of some sort so they had all these really great jelly-rolls around so I grabbed a couple JUST IN CASE the power went out, refrigeration failed and I didn't get anything to eat for a while.

I ate a couple of the rolls immediately, drank some orange juice, and took some with me for others. They were all too nervous to eat as we drove toward the Beltway ~ BTW, our offices were in the shadow of a couple of buildings called "the Twin Towers" ~ so no one thought that to be a particularly safe location. ( This was in Rosslyn Virginia, not NYC ).

This is what the 2 prosecutors were saying in the first video. Amazing this prosecutor did not care he was destoying the lives of these two young people who appear innocent of the charge? He needs to serve time in jail!

“Why do you call her Foxy Knoxy?”

According to Knox’s parents, that is the nickname that was given to her as a young girl on the soccer field because of the way she slyly played the game. Of course, the media projected it as some kind of sexy nickname.

Under the same circumstances in a U.S. court she would walk. But in Italy?

Can’t top your story but I refused to go the office for two weeks as our office was right next to San Jose, CA airport.

I know the building you speak of in Rosslyn.

I always imagined them being CIA.

Overactive imagination.

Army had had "something" there in an earlier time and State Department was building its field operations headquarters next door (right on 2 street fronts).

No way to make that building safe.

The CIA people? That'd be the guys working in the sub-basements all over Rosslyn ~ last time I looked that'd been Air Force and maybe the group that teaches folks foreign languages ~ Angelo's Pizza up Wilson was world famous (in the right circles).

Most folks around there figured if there's an attack going on that was a logical target ~ so everybody hauled out of there like there was no tomorrow.

Any sympathy for the poor guy that she and her boyfriend tried to frame? Why try to frame an innocent man if you aren’t guilty? And I agree that it isn’t relevant that she has the morals of an alley cat.

That whole area is beautiful in the spring and Christmas.

Love the welcome candles and wreaths as big as the homes they hang on.
