Obama's Despicable Jobs Speech

Obama's jobs speech was reminiscent of a cliché scene in cowboy movies. A loud mouth guy stands on the steps of the jail-house and enrages the crowd to overrule the sheriff, drag out the prisoner and hang him without a trial.

Obama used his bully pulpit to say, in essence, if those Republican S.O. Bs do not pass my jobs bill immediately without review, they should be politically lynched. Unquestionably, Obama's speech had a bully edge to it. Pass my jobs bill NOW!

Obama lied about all of the freebies in his jobs bill being “paid for” just as he did to pass Obamacare.

In his typical manipulative deceptive fashion, Obama said several “right things” such as government getting out of the way of small business while his administration does the complete opposite.

The center piece of Obama's speech was his despicable signature exploitation of class envy and demoni-zation of the rich. Obama in his speech reduced the American Dream to being a union worker with good wages and benefits. Obviously, Obama considered entrepreneurs with higher aspirations to be part of the problem. How dare they seek to have more than anyone else? To each according to his needs. Scary. Very scary and evil.

As expected, Obama's job speech was written using the left's same old play book. We Tea Party patriots knew what Obama was going to say in his “jobs speech” before he delivered it.

OK class, what will be Obama's minions next move to force Republicans to pass his jobs bill NOW? I hear you yelling the correct answer. You guys are toooo cool, tooo smart and right on target! I give you all an A+. Obama's minions will proclaim everyone questioning Obama's job bill to be racist.

Folks, this president is divisive and evil. We must vote him out in 2012. God bless.

Judging by the long faces of many Democrats, it seems that a sense of defeat was in the air for the debt-creators. Are they really in a “race to the bottom?”

Secretary of Statements Hilly smiled when prompted, and Robo-Congresswoman Porky Pelosi stood up when others told her to. But poor Robo-Senator Reid-in-the-wind, he didn’t smile all night! Looking very glum also was Sheriff of Nottingham Timmy Gee.

I did not see the Fed’s Professor Enema Ben, but I’m sure Sub-Prime Barney and Porky Pelosi will find Ben in time for some quantitative easing for the Congress that can’t budget.

It really wasn’t a speech. He was yelling for the benefit of the unions and his followers. He wasn’t talking to Congress as was the intent on the speech. I can bet that if the camera’s weren’t there, he wouldn’t have met with Congress.

I just don't see how the Dems will run him without drastic economic and job improvement by the first of the year.

They lost the House in 2010. They most assuredly will lose the Senate in 2012.

The WH is the only branch they have a chance of keeping, and that, only if the economy/jobs improve or Obama is pressured to step down -- shades of LBJ.

There have been several recent threads of behind-the-scenes activities to either challenge Obama in the Dem primaries or press him into resigning, feigning health or family or some such reason.

I just don't see the Dems doing another Carter re-election bid, when Obama is polling near 40%.

I didn’t watch it, but from this morning’s reading I gather that his plan boils down to: tax cuts, hire some teachers, welfare-to-work, and an infrastructure slush fund.

Exactly right. I wasn't going to watch, but the ball game hadn't started yet so I thought I'd take a peak to see if he had the audacity to run the same tired BS again. He did. I kept watching just to see if there was any new ideas, anything at all, just a small sliver of an idea that he might have learned in from his time in office. There was nothing. He is just as he was on the day he took office.
That tells me that he is not capable of learning from experience. Or that he is just a mouthpiece.

Pelosi saying that NObamacare would have to be passed first, then we could see what was in it.

Another version of Obamcare—passing a bill with huge monetary implications without being able to read or know what is in it.

The Imposter also said he would ‘provide at the end of the month” the details of how he would pay for all this nonsense.....

I don't think he will run. The job is so much harder than he thought. He is tired of it. He is tired of all the sophomoric ideas he held as true all his life turning to crap. He will be happy with one term, he will claim it was a big success and spend the rest of his days making speeches and basking in the love of eric holder's people. He will make some lame excuse, withdraw, and the DNC will nominate someone else. Probably hillary.
