Just days after Teamsters President Jimmy Hoffa urged a union crowd to “take out” tea party “sons-a-bitches,” the White House is touting the union leader’s endorsement President Obama’s $447 billion jobs plan.
The White House on Thursday forwarded a news release from the Teamsters saying that Hoffa applauded Obama’s measures.
“Congress must pass President Obama’s plan now,” Hoffa said. “The jobs crisis is an American problem. It isn’t President Obama’s problem, and it isn’t a Republican or Democratic problem. All Americans need to come together to create good jobs for the good of our economy and the good of our country.”
The Obama plan includes extending the payroll tax cut agreed to last year, providing tax incentives for companies that hire the “disadvantaged,” and it supposedly would “put more people back to work” – union members, that is -- including up to 280,000 teachers laid off by state-budget cuts and construction workers, who would repair crumbling bridges, roads and more than 35,000 public schools.
“This plan will immediately increase economic activity and generate more tax revenue,” Hoffa said. “That’s how you fix the deficit. Good jobs are good for the economy.”
Hoffa’s endorsement is one of many the White House is promoting.

This “hurry up and pass this ‘plan’” smacks a little of the healthcare bill rammed down our throats just a few years back...that was a costly mistake and this promises to be more of the same. Obama and his Union thugs like Hoffa are prone to such intimidating tactics like this. Hoffa’s father was found on a Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday as I recall or perhaps he is in the footing of some building....these aren’t nice people, but Obama supporters....

The markets are passing the real verdict on this so-called jobs bill and of course Hoffa would like it as they helped write it like many of the other failed job creation policies Democrats have pass before it.
Of course the union thug boss endorses it. And, of course Obama is proud of his endorsement.
All the jobs in Obama’s “jobs bill” are govt union jobs. Police, Fire, and teachers. That’s mo money in Hoffa’s coffer to pass to Obama’s re-election campaign. So of course, they need it passed in a hurry.

I am just delighted that Hoffa opened up his big mouth—especially after his comments over Labor Day weekend.
That alone should galvanize even more people hampered by unions to NOT vote ever again for the Imposter in the Oval Office.
Yeah like a union boss that has never had a job, other than working for a union knows anything about helping working people. All he knows about is collecting dues, causing problems, and living the good life off the work of his union members.

Obama’s connection to Hoffa can be used to portray Obama as a Chicago gangster and thug who uses and endorses the language of thuggery (”If they bring a knife, we bring a gun.”) Hoffa’s connection to Obama can be used to prove that Hoffa is an enemy of labor, especially coal miners whose jobs Obama wants to destroy.
There is a scene in Bernard Cornwell’s “Sharpe’s Eagle” (book, not movie) in which a French cavalry colonel finds himself facing two infantry squares. One is a British square which, even though it is commanded by Sir Henry Simmerson, is unlikely to break. The other consists of relatively worthless Spanish troops.
The clever Frenchman waits for the Spaniards to throw their fire away at two hundred paces (it was pretty much hopeless to use a musket beyond 100 or so), and then charges them from a direction that will stampede the panicking fugitives into the British square to destroy it as well. The book points out that the square’s only hope would have been to fire at both the fugitives (throw them under the bus) and the French because, the instant the fugitives broke the square’s order, it was all over.
We can similarly use these leftists against one another to destroy them politically.
