On this 10th Anniversary of the September 11th attack on America we’ll hear politicians and pundits wringing their hands over the “tragic events” of that morning. They’ll wonder aloud whether we’ve “learned anything” in these past ten years and whether we’ve achieved the correct level of “tolerance” and “understanding” that is so desperately needed to solve our worlds problems.
From our president we will hear a call to community service and a plea to find volunteer opportunities in our neighborhoods, because, you know… the real message behind 9/11 is to plant a garden at the local welfare office.
What we won’t hear enough of this momentous day is the truth about 9/11. The truth about what happened that day. The truth about why it happened.
The truth is that on September 11, 2001 war was declared on the United States of America.

Actually the first declaration of war is farther back, attack on the USS Cole in 2000, the first attempt on the WTC in 93, bombing of Pan Am 103 in 88, attack on the Stark in 87, the bombing of the Marine barracks in Lebonon in 82 or the taking of our embassey in Teheran in 79, amongst others. Nothing like being asleep at the wheel for something like 20+ years.
20 plus years of war without an effective response except a salvo of shells from a battleship into abandoned hillsides or the destruction of an asperin factory. Criminal negligence IMO by both parties. PC has ruled the day and will, if not already, take this country down.

One of Bush’s greatest assets is that he understood we had war declared on us. If he had stuck with that instead of his “Compassionate Conservatism” we would be much stronger today and the Muslim would not be in the WH.

At the very least, there was amovement to treat "terrorism" as a crime, not war. It was treated, poorly, as a nuisance like graffiti, or disorderly conduct.
Words mean things. We need to pay attention when any entity (ideological idiots or a state) "declares war" on us. We also need to pay attention when a politician claims he will "fundamentally change America".
Again, words means things - and don't discount the words: "enemies both foreign and domestic".

After Germany invaded the Soviet Union, the American Left did a complete 180 degree turn and thumped the tub for MORE aid to Russia and the opening of a Second Front to take the pressure off the Russians.
After the end of WW2, the American Left did everything in its power to blunt American interests around the world and to advance those of the Soviet Union. The American Left sabotaged America's Wars and covertly and actively gave aid and comfort to America's enemies.
The rise of militant Islam in Iran was facilitated by Leftist POTUS Jimmy Carter. Carter, who never met a Leftie dictator he didn't like, actively presided over the fall of Iran to militant Islam, of Rhodesia to the Marxist Robert Mugabe, and Nicaragua to the Marxist Daniel Ortega. Carter has continued his support for Leftist dictators and Islamists ever since and remains a useful idiot for Leftist causes to this day.
Bill Clinton/Hillary Clinton were other Leftist enablers, although Clinton (Bill) was a much less dedicated troublemaker. Bill was corrupt and more about personal sexual gratification than revolution. For Hillary, Leftist revolutionary zeal has mellowed somewhat, but still burns within her. As Secretary of State under the current Marxist POTUS, Obama, Hillary continues to do her Leftist damage to America's interests under the radar and without public scrutiny.
The major problem with American foreign policy has been that America still has not awoken to the threat of Islam as a POLITICAL-JUDICIAL-RELIGIOUS system of tyranny over men's minds. Instead, our political leadership, aided and abetted by Leftis sycophants within our halls of power, talk about Islam as some kind of benign religious experience. It is not and it never has been; Islam has been a malignant cancer upon the world for 1,400 years.
The major job for the next POTUS will be to reshape how we deal with Islam, both internally and externally. Internally, America has to halt and expunge the cancer of Sharia Law. Muslim immigration to the United States must stop and those who will not support America first, must be sent back to the Third World Muslim dumps from which they came. We must start taking a very hard line against Muslim nations and the fastest way to destroy militant Islam is to cut off its one cash cow — ENERGY. The United States has more energy resources than Saudi Arabia, Iraq, and China combined. Yet, we continue to grant Saudi Arabia enormous power over the United States because Americans are dominated by the Leftist kook environmentalists. These loonies will not allow America to become energy self-sufficient (and probably an EXPORTER of energy for the world). That's because Leftists loathe the United States and that's why they have made common cause with the Islamist murderers who want to destroy this country.
It seems that our very highest military are discounting those words. When did overlooking identity theft, fraud, forgeries, and impersonating a Commander in Chief become part of the military code of honor? Do they teach this at our military academies?
Where is the evidence that our highest military peacefully and lawfully clarified with congress and the courts that Obama was a natural born citizen and a legitimate Commander in Chief? Instead, these weenies crush any lower officer who darns to suggest that the emperor in the Red House ( oops! “White” House) might be a fraud.

I’ll never forget a story from my uncle, a navy flier stationed in Korea as the war in the pacific ended. He related unarmed planes from his unit were fired upon by our Russian allies over Manchuria. There was no outcry or even any attempt at retribution. No, the tone was already set by Postsdam, that is, the Russians were our allies (allies who never committed to an Eastern War till the war with Japan was not in doubt so they raided and took over some of Japan’s northern Islands as a war spoils.)
