The problem with what she wore at Arlington was not the pants, it was the top. Mrs. Bush wore pants yesterday in Pennsylvania, but she was wearing a suitable, classy, dark pantsuit which fit well and did not call undue attention to her. Of course, Mrs. Bush has always dressed appropriately.
For that matter, Biden may be a joke, but his wife generally does not herself dress like a clown. Her dress yesterday also looked suitable and classy.
It would not have killed Obama to have put on a tie before going to Arlington. The former Presidents do indeed know how to dress. Even that joke Biden looked more Presidential than Obama did.
Working in a kitchen, as in a restaurant, can be hard work and can require considerable skill. I don't think he is qualified.
I'd say busboy, maybe, but that would also be an insult to many of those hardworking folks, too.

That’s right. I’ll go so far as to say I believe he was responsible for 9/11 by his actions, and inactions, as well I believe he laid the groundwork for the economic tragedy of today. It’s all documented in various, and many publications read over the years that need be rounded up, and put into perspective.
Clinton is a criminal every bit as much as this Obama guy is.
My gosh she is a fashion disaster and at somepoint you have to wonder if it isn't part of their "Fundemental transformation" of America. Nothing these two do IMHO isn't without intent...

Apologies...Now that you mention it, I think back to my early 1964 days of actually carrying up 100lb bags of Idaho potatoes from the McDonalds basement and actually putting them in the rotopavement peeler they had then and squeezing every one through the hand cutter, and then blanching every batch, I now realize he’s to big of a (fill it in here, you all know what I mean), to be able to do any of it.....again, my apologies to kitchen workers everywhere.

Then there is Michelle. O..M..G.. everything about her screams LOOK AT ME!! the cute, flouncy dress with the low back, the adorable little buttons up the back, the delightful swing, and that's before we even get to the flouncy top with the bow, no sleeves, and the bra showing through -- and that's before the freaking Ipod in her hand.
She is nothing more than jumped up ghetto trash and she turns my stomach every time she steps out of the White House.
I also believe, though, that she basically lacks any fashion sense, was never taught how to dress (if you don't believe that, look at pictures of her mother!) and she also has plenty of people telling her how beautiful she is, no matter what she wears.
In one sense, "the Empress has no (suitable, appropriate, classy) clothes."
I think that the same people who fawn over her, her looks, and how she dresses, would be figuratively ripping her to shreds if she were Mrs. Herman Cain or Mrs. Alan West and dressed exactly the same way. (My apologies to those ladies for implying that they would ever consider dressing like Mrs. Obama, simply making a point).
Why does she always have to imbarass me and our country by how she looks and dresses. Send that wookie to finishing school or something, please.

I liked the one someone posted a week or so ago of the Clintons who were recently photographed holding hands while out for a stroll. It looked like he was walking a prancing poodle that had just been to the groomers. I called my husband in to look at it and told him, “yep she’s running for prez.”
I don’t have a problem with the dress. It’s one of the few dresses I’ve seen her in that fits her well. But the blouse at Arlington is way too casual.
Good pictures at site. Regarding Clinton - good technique - pull your eyelid down and of course it will start tearing - try it.
However, she obviously cannot wear a bra with it. Imagine any other female (other than some Hollywood slut) showing up at a memorial service of such great significance (or any pubic appearance)...without a bra. The woman is simply a ghetto girl with no taste or class who is intruding in the White House.
Besides, she has "ashy" elbows. You can see them in the other picture. I know no African-American/Black woman who really is a Lady would ever be seen in a sleeveless top with ashy elbows showing..
