First, “liberal billionaires” is a redundant phrase.

Second, no it is not possible under our constitution.

They get away with taxing our accumulated wealth (property tax) because the courts are owned by the wealthy and powerful.

Ulster is Northern Ireland. Scotch Irish Protestants. Orange is the color of Protestant Netherlands. Orangemen is a term for Northern Irish Protestants.

Considering that NY City is it’s own entity; it’s not a part of the federal government, I don’t see why this is unconstitutional.

Section 1. All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States;

The right to keep and bear arms is an "immunity" of citizens of the United States. No state is allowed to abridge that right.

Additionally, the RKBA is fundamental to a republican form of government. The Constitution tasks the federal government with guaranteeing a republican form of government to the states.

We’re screwed if they ever get healthcare in as a constitutional amendment.

We need to amend the 14th amendment so that it protects us from the incorporation doctrine.

It’s amazing how fragile that freedom is.

Someone should put some deer antlers on ol’ Bloomie during NY’s bow-hunting season opening day. Would be ironic for a gungrabber to be “retired” by Henry Bowman using an arrow.

I'd like to dress him in a jacket with the big letters, BATF on it and parachute him out of a C-130 over Nitro, West Virginia or Bonner's Ferry, Idaho. B-P
