The next time someone tells you that this bunch is incompetent, just reflect on how fast they always pull a 25,500 (or more) page bill loaded with land mines out of their a$$ at just the right time. They are either typing nearly at the speed of light or they have crap like this set up far ahead of time, and it ain't the former.

Remember how people said at one time that GWB was "playing chess while the Dems were playing checkers?" That was bull, but right now the Dems (actually the Marxists who are dressed up in the clothes of the old - and dead - Democrat party) are playing chess with a GOP that has forgotten how to even play checkers.
