Is Barack Obama Depressed?
Gawker ^ | September 12, 2011 | Unattributed

We're told by a source inside the Times that the paper is preparing a story arguing that Obama no longer finds joy in the political back-and-forth, has seemed increasingly listless to associates, and is generally exhibiting the litany of signs that late-night cable commercials will tell you add up to depression. Or maybe Low T.

Either way, the investigation was described to us as taking seriously the notion that Obama may be suffering from a depressive episode.

No, he has always been a downer. Just like his pal, Debbie Downer.

He needs a narcissistic source—i.e., fawning admiration from the masses. The hysteria of the 2008 campaign will not be repeated, and he will not get to experience the euphoria of being treated as a messiah. He will struggle with the 2012 campaign.

Obama is one of the most arrogant people I've ever seen in politics. His buddies in the media don't have to worry about him.

I think it’s called Narcissistic Supply. In any event, he won’t find much of it on the campaign trail.

It would be an historical event if the president of the US committed suicide.

We would never know the truth about that. It would be a mystical illness that he had heroically suffered from (in silence)

Its weird that when something really bad or even good happens to you, whatever you were doing at the time, seems to always stick. Like, I was watching with my son, Mr. Magorium’s Wonder Emporium. Now, whenever that movie comes on I get depressed and wonder why and then remember, oh yeah, thats what I was watching to distract me from the election.

I think he’s in over his head and has lost many of the props he had during his early term. The media is still doning knee pads, but they are not licking his toes like they did before. He’s feeling hopeless for change about now. Look at what he and his pals have billigerently done to our country!

Men and depression from http://www.symptoms-of-anxiety-depression.com/men-and-depression.html

“...The second thing you should know about men and depression is that men do not react in the same way as women do when depressed. Women, when depressed, tend to feel hopeless, worthless and tender. Men on the other hand tend to feel irritated; they work excessively and usually behave aggressively.

Aggressive behavior is one of the most common signs of depression in men. A very small percentage of depressed men will cry however, a big percentage of them will break something in the house, hit doors or hurt some member of the family. Aggression toward another person is never a solution to any problem; it only causes more problems and suffering...

...When under major stress women usually scream and men punch the door; this is tolerable provided it is not happening in front of the children. However, any type of aggressive behavior toward some person is intolerable and needs to be addressed in an appropriate way.

The third thing you need to know about men and depression is the truth about alcohol abuse and relationship between alcoholism and depression. Men that have alcohol problems are very likely to be depressed. The problem is that alcohol is accepted in our society and associated with men...”

Obammy was told by his doctor after his last physical to cut down on the booze. This is a serious problem.

For real....maybe they’ve woke up to the fact they’re not going to be exempt from these White House shenanigans either. Reckon their limo lined pockets may be feeling a little pinch?

Barry will be even more depressed the night after the 2012 election. No more Wagyu beef and lobster on the public’s tab.

Barry the fascist bass turd should be jubilant since his agenda to end this Republic is going forth full tilt perhaps arriving at economic collapse even sooner than he and th criminal banking cartel could have expected. Now all he and his henchghouls have to do is figure out how to get 100,000,000 Americans murdered/sluaghtered/starved to death and he will have accomplished what his pal Ayers dreamed/dreams of. Why would he be depressed when he is succeeding beyond his expectations?
