Let’s stop pretending. ALL Presidents can make big $$ speaking if they want to. I’m sure even Carter could have cashed in (and probably has to some degree), but don’t get a sense that $$ is a big motivator for him.

You are so right about this. Everywhere I go....and with everyone who comes to the house...the subject comes up and people can’t wait to vote these idiots OUT! I also agree with another poster who mentioned that it was precisely the actions taken by these idiots that gave birth to the Tea Party. This, in particular, has been VERY good thing. It has encouraged Americans to really re-learn their Constitution and the brilliant Judeo-Christian principles upon which this nation was founded. I sincerely hope that re-learning continues and we all emerge from this disaster in a way that will BUILD UP and not TEAR DOWN this nation under God.
That is REAL hope! ;-)
