The studies are available from the site. I hope Governor Scott Walker shows courage on this issue, too.

Yet we live in a world of reputed white racism. Meanwhile virtually every school, the feds, cities, courts, corporations, media - all are run by liberals with pro minority policies. Where is the source of all this racism in today’s society?

academics and liberals will see nothing wroing with this, as a form of atonement and “reparations”

unless and until their own childern and grnadchildren are rejected for admissions because of their non-PC skin colors and ethnicism

I suspect Wisconsin is probably typical of all our colleges and law/medical schools

Favoring blacks to whites by 576 to 1?

I can’t comprehend a liberal trying to defend this.

“I have a dream that my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin but by the content of their character.”

Doh!

2/5ths of the worlds population is Asian. They should never be considered a minority. They are hard working though, no doubt. If they could dump the commies they would be an economic force to be reckoned with.

The marksmanship training for the UW-Madison faculty is pretty entertaining. All the targets are on the top of their shoes.

Does the report also reveal the comparative drop-out rates for these affirmative action babies?

If the minorities admitted under these policies average 150 SAT points less than the whites ... and if SATs have any predictive capability at all for academic success ... the minorities will not, on average, be taking the top grades.

This has nothing to do with either skin color or even culture. Have you ever watched “Jeopardy” when one of the contestants was slower than the others, and when they did hit the buzzer first was wrong more often than the others? It is painful to watch. And that is what a minority student would feel like in a classroom full of students with higher SATs.

And the drop out statistics usually bear this out — only a small fraction of these affirmative action babies actually graduate.

And I believe that it was Sowell that pointed out that this was a complete tragedy - minorities that could have excelled in a lower tier university are simply overwhelmed at the top tier universities ... and they simply drop out (or switch to black studies).
