Sounds like they desperately need this bill to pass quickly so they can get the half trillion to cover something that's about to blow up.
Obama isn’t going to ‘give in’....he’ll call on his brothers, both black and Muslim....riots and chaos.

They’ve actually been doing this for going on three years. Bureau of Printing and Engraving is printing billions (actually electronically through the Fed)...Fed buys our own T-Bills at auction (makes the value seem real and stirs interest by other foreign entities in them)....viola! More money with no value to finance the wholesale sloth, buyoffs and freebies...Money supply (dollar) is devalued, no value in any government instrument, markets are busy computer trading working the floats and quick bucks off suckers still in the market...EU is falling apart, banks insolvent, not enough money to support them...us? We’re still printing and betting for authority and taxes to support more deficit spending...chaos? it’s here, just not roaring aloud right now...MSM and government is hiding it.

As far as "naming rights" goes, there is no such thing. In other words, two bills may very well carry the same informal title/name, yet be radically different in content. Naming is often adjusted on bills that navigate the process to passage.

Let me see if I have this straight. He goes to a college campus and encourages the 18 to 21 year olds to get behind his $0.5 trillion Bill, that will have to be paid back by raising taxes on these same 18-21 year olds when they matriculate, and he expects them to be excited? Either Obama is an idiot or the 18-21 year olds are.
