Oh great.

Now Barry is going into the grocery business too.

Will Moochelle let them stock all the unhealthy stuff that the people demand in the neighborhoods where these stores are located?

Ah, yes . . . the Dept of Agric . . . a rather unusual department that has more bureaucrats working in it than there are farmers in the U.S.

How do you explain that?

This may be the result of that “food desert” study - however the input data they used was inaccurate so the results are inaccurate.

But hey, if there’s not enough demand in a rural area to support a brick-and-mortar grocery store, build one anyway.
I thought Michelle wanted people to have gardens and farmers’ markets. I guess not.

Don’t they already sufficiently do this with ‘Food Stamp’ cards?

Time to watch and see where our money goes, and compare it with who wrote big checks to the democrats.....

And, of course, now that they have accepted government funding, there are certain terms and conditions that must be satisfied...

Maybe we can copy just a little bit of Pol Pot and drive the Department of Agriculture employees out to the countryside to work collective farms by hand. Scratching the soil to plant a few grains of corn or wheat would be vastly better than what they do now.

Why can’t Michelle just get a job at McDonald’s and leave the rest of us alone.

Classic dogooderism.

Can't blame 'em for trying to do a good thing why they actually try for that goal.

But, we can blame 'em for being stupid commies.

Spend, spend, spend. The justification for any bureaucratic organization.

Organized by act of congress/president

receive budget

spend budget

increase budget each year, cuts not allowed

spread wings and increase scope of bureaucracy

etc, etc, etc.
