Is it that a system of this kind just can not work unless it stomps on the piece of spectrum used by GPS? No way to shoehorn it into a different area of spectrum? Surely the Rats gave some thought to engineering when trying to come up with the best thing since Al Gore invented the internet?
I’d also wonder what it would do to communication and navigation systems of aircraft.
