Look at Bob Perry, the builder and Rick's biggest contributor ($2.3 million in direct contributions and another $1 million funneled through the RGA). Rick created a “compassionate” atmosphere for the illegals Builder Bob hires and established the Texas Residential Construction Commission, which made it far tougher for homeowners to take Builder Bob to court.
