VANITY
NPR has remained silent on the blog from Frank James comparing 0bama to Jesus. Not a word from NPR. Silence.
However most reader comments at the link are scathing.

I guess cheer-leading 0bama's Messianic mission is a fair use of confiscated tax dollars.
I long for the time when NPR is defunded.

Here is what passes for balance at NPR
AUDIENCE MEMBER: I love you, Barack!
THE PRESIDENT: I love you back. (Applause.) But first but if you love me if you love me, you got to help me pass this bill. (Applause.) If you love me, you got to help me pass this bill.
Here's John 21:15, the New International Version, describing a scene between Jesus and his disciples:
When they had finished eating, Jesus said to Simon Peter,"Simon son of John, do you love me more than these?"
"Yes, Lord," he said, "you know that I love you."
Jesus said, "Feed my lambs."

It’s really hard to take Republicans seriously until they get serious about doing this.

An insulting mis-use of the bible to compare Jesus Christ to Barack Obama, a very mortal, Chicago politician that conned enough people to win election to the presidency and is earnestly engaged in destroying the U.S, economy. That a leftist dares make the comparison is not shocking. These type have no 'religion' but communism and their 'god' is 'the state'. NPR won't say a word about it and if they did, it would be some insincere brush-off, pretending it was a joke or an oh-so-clever satire, too intellectual for mere peons to grasp.

Here’s the actual New testament quote:
“Watch out for false prophets. They come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ferocious wolves. By their fruit you will recognize them.”

From their point of view there is no difference between Obama and Jesus.
So they would be mystified to be accused of bias.

Taxpayer dollars used to compare Jesus with a selfish kenyan homosexual Marxist lying narcissist Muslim. I hope it was very short blog.

Indeed, I long for it as well.
I believe it was just this week that NPR or PBS corrected the transcript of dear leader’s speech where he mistakenly credited Lincoln as the founder of the GOP.
They certainly do have his back don’t they?!

Also, you will notice that Jesus Christ made his demands of his disciple, Peter. He did not make them of Augustus Caesar.

Actually, reading into the article, I think the author is making fun of O’s messianic pretensions.

Hey! That's my line. George Noory, host of "nonpartisan" (says Noory) CoastToCoastAM. Four years of lovin' Obama and ten (still counting) years of hating Bush and his whole family.

Time for some balance at NPR.
Next time Obama speaks, you need to quote the Koran and compare Obama to Muhammed.
GO AHEAD.
I DARE YA.

From their point of view there is no difference between Obama and Jesus. Ok then, let's nail Obama to a cross and see how he's fleeing in three days. If he's Jesus then no problem. If he's not Jesus, then, there's still no problem.

I’m sure their biggest problem with it is they consider Jesus to be a fictional character.
