Judge decides to release Prop. 8 trial recording

San Francisco (AP) --

A federal judge in San Francisco has decided to unseal video recordings of last year's landmark trial on the constitutionality of California's same-sex marriage ban.

Chief U.S. District Judge James Ware on Monday agreed with lawyers for two same-sex couples who sued to overturn Proposition 8 and with a coalition of news outlets that there is no reason to keep the recordings secret.

These witnesses were known, anyway. This is just a power play for the sodomites to flex their muscles and gloat.

While the witnesses were known, their video testimony was not public.

Now it can be mined to create mocking "viral videos" on YouTube and elsewhere. They will be made infamous.

The complete trial transcript was known - a re-enactment was even produced of the trial. There is nothing new being revealed here, only to gloat over getting their selfish way.
