Yes, GBA, it is long past time to get the permit
and the gun
and the ammo
and the training
and the steely attitude to be able to use it when the time comes.
And umgud, it may also be past time to get real about moving to a more reasonable, more sustainable domicile.
In Arizona, it wasn’t an issue. Unfortunately I don’t live in AZ now and here the PTBs aren’t as understanding. You have to go to the sheriff’s office with a list of references and money, fill out their form and then wait for a permit to buy a handgun. Crazy.
