NEW YORK – Palestinian Authority officials expressed deep regret and anger over US President Barack Obama’s speech at the UN on Wednesday and reiterated the PA’s position for agreeing to the resumption of peace talks with Israel.
They said that despite Obama’s opposition, the PA would go ahead with its plan to submit a request for full membership of a Palestinian state to the Security Council on Thursday.
Some of the PA officials described Obama’s speech as a “stab in the back” to the Palestinians.

But while Abbas’s spokesman was careful not to criticize Obama in public, other members of the PA delegation accompanying the PA president to New York strongly condemned the US Administration’s stance toward the statehood bid.....
The Palestinians don’t consider Obama a friend and today he once again proved that he is afraid of Netanyahu and the Jewish lobby, the official said.

Perhaps Barry was doing his “I’ll say anything to regain the Jewish vote” routine and the PA was given a heads-up. The PA knows the true heart of Barry the Mooslum.

Well, peace is hard.
But even more than Barry loves his Muslim brothers, he loves himself and wants to be reelected. And in the wake of NY-9 and former NYC Mayor Ed Koch's pledge to campaign against him in NY and FL if he didn't stop with the Israel bashing, Barry simply read the writing on the wall.
President Taqiyya will have to wait for another day to get the Israelis.
The media is going to have some work to do in order to explain their adoration for the community organizer. They have painted them selves into a corner with their lack of vetting, protective omissions and compensating for ABSOLUTELY no experience at anything but agitating and back room deal making for votes or subsidies.
