A California appeals court has rejected a transgender inmate's attempt to force the state to pay for her sex reassignment surgery and to move her to a women's prison.
The First District Court of Appeal in San Francisco didn't explain in a brief order published Wednesday why it concluded that Lyralisa Stevens is not entitled to a gender change operation while serving 50 years to life . . .

This is so annoying. I’m glad they denied the guy his genital mutilation surgery, but why do they keep calling him “her”? He is not, and never will be, a “she.”

It’s curious that political correctness considers gender preference to be an inborn trait, but actual gender to be a matter of personal choice.

Removing words like wife and husband from children’s books and textbooks for 20 years and inserting “partner” so they can eliminate the idea of heterosexual marriage and sex inside of marriage. The leftists have been intentionally conditioning children to think in terms of promiscuity and no long term commitment—exactly the type of world homosexuals want. Next is Sex Ed for young boys so they will be easy to seduce—just like in Ancient Greece and present day Afghanistan.
Worldviews are created by words....calling him a her is all for the children and forming worldview. It lets the children learn that hes are shes.
Two people who were born female, decide they are men trapped in female bodies. One has a complete sex change and legally changes her gender to male. The other just does the hormones and mastectomy and is still legally female, so the two can legally marry. Yes, they are now in what amounts to a homosexual relationship. Let me add, it doesn't seem possible for a woman to change into a good looking man, you know, with a six pack and guns. They all seem to turn out like Bono.
The one who is legally male once lived with a woman, now deceased, who had two sons. The trans-gender couple adopts the two young men, that's where the, "Dad", part comes in. They decide they want to have a baby and do the sperm donor thing. The baby is a boy, at least was born that way.
This happened in a place called Weed, California.
