This is the crux of the matter. To impeach Obama is to confer legitimacy to him as POTUS. He is not holding the office legally, as he is NOT a natural-born citizen of the USA. The democrat party - primarily Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reed - and the so-called MSM are criminally complicit in the greatest hoax ever perpetrated.

The House is charged with impeachment proceedings.
The Senate has nothing to do with it. It is charged with removal from office following impeachment.
Bill Clinton was impeached by the House, not the Senate.
Energy Policy Act of 2005 that authorized the loan program to the benefit of Solyndra, but importantly contained a prohibition against subordination of the taxpayers secured position.
I think a Special Prosecutor is in order here considering the depth of the scandal and the seriousness of the potential charges.
As for Solyndra executives invoking the Fifth, I don’t blame them. The FBI raided their offices just a week or so ago and they are personally the object of a number of criminal investigations, and ultimately the Regime is going to try and scapegoat them and divert any and all blame off of DOE and on to anyone they can snag who was attached to Solyndra. It would be insanity for them to go before Congress on live National television and say anything that can and will be used against them in a Court of Law.
Congress is not about to give anyone immunity over this because it would compromise the ongoing criminal investigations. There may be a time for a public hearing but it will likely be in a Court of Law, not Congress.
Also, start tracing small purchases of concrete, esp. in the Chicago area.

I agree. Impeachment would be a risky strategy at this point.
However, I want to see Issa get serious about uncovering charges and appointing a special prosecutor. My fear is that he himself is too compromised to actually do anything with legal implications regarding Obama.
