What is the minimum age for buying long guns in Texas? 18..?

So if he’s the buyer, then this sale is recent.

If the recent disclosures hadn’t come out, is there anyone who doubts he would have been permitted (or even encouraged) to go freely on his way?

With only 600 weapons seized out of the total (we think of)2,500, how many more cases will we see?

And WHEN WILL DRUDGE COVER IT?

The Second Amendment garantees the right to bear arms and does not set a limit on the number of weapons one can hold.

The 18 yo is an idiot. Hr should have let the ATF do the heavy lifting. They are, without a doubt, the very, very best a running guns into Mexico.

Probably some idiot college kid who met some gangster types in Tijuana when he was down there boozing. He’s lucky he got caught. They probably would have killed him.

As with organized gambling, the government gets upset when other criminals try to compete with them.

Yes they are going after high school kids. Last year IIRC another girl was found DEAD in MX after making a delivery.

Between the Holder Criminal gangs and the Mx Drug Cartels Mx is going to eventually attack US big time.

Texas has no laws regarding possession of handguns, shotguns, or rifles by persons 18 years or older without felony convictions; a rifle, shotgun, or other long-barreled firearm may be carried openly, however, a permit to carry is required for handguns (issued only to those 21 and older), and they must be concealed.

However, to PURCHASE a handgun, you must be 21 or older in every state, per federal law in order to purchase from a federally licensed dealer. You can, however, purchase a handgun at 18 in a private sale.

There have been quite a few burglaries of homes and gun stores. Where all types of guns have been stolen.

Everyone needs a gun safe now.

The Second amendment does make gun smuggling legal.

This 18 year old can not legally BUY a gun in Texas.

Yep...She should be giving them all be kisses.
Since she most likely would not be returning home.

I wonder if the cartels are threatening these kids.
They think it’s “fun” to be around the “ganstas” until they and their families get threatened.
