Teen pregnancy among Hispanics is rising in Montgomery County, bucking a countywide trend of falling birth rates. The birth rate for Hispanic 15- to 17-year-olds was 39.7 births per 1,000 females in the period from 2007 to 2009 -- the most recent for which data is available. That is a jump from 33.3 births between 1996 and 1998 and only a slight drop from the 41.6 rate from 2006 to 2008, according to the Maryland Vital Statistics Administration.

Montgomery county MD is a so-called sanctuary for illegals. When they come from having nothing, the welfare lifestyle is “stylin’” and eating high-on-the-hog. Heck, they have taxpayer-funded Casa Maryland to help them with things too (such as, housing chits, medical expenses, education, food and so forth. Takoma Park (just to let you know it voted to be a “nuclear free zone several years ago) lets illegals vote in local elections. This is one cesspool for illegals here, let me tell you. If you have any doubt, let me assure you that Maryland is THE Freak State.

To be fair, it could be the Hispanic teachers were “nervously” joking about the situation, in a sarcastic sort of way.
