I would love to see Herman Cain get the nomination. The reality is that state governors have an inside track. It is rare that anyone other than a governor or a senator gets the nomination. Fair or not, there’s a reason for that.
Successful businessmen (and women) make good governors. Governors make good presidents. So it is reasonable to believe that successful businessman Herman Cain would make a good president.
