White House fails basic geography test
cnn.com ^ | Sept 27 2011

Looks like someone in the White House press office needs to brush up on their U.S. geography.

The press office issued credentials to those reporters and photojournalists who are covering the president’s trip this week to Washington state, California, and Colorado. The credential even provides a handy graphic highlighting (in white) which states the president will visit.

The only problem?

Wyoming is highlighted, not Colorado.

Did the “Intercontinental Railroad” pass through Colorado on its way to Asia (or Europe, or wherever it went?)

LOL! The transcontinental railroad did go through Wyoming, which has much more favorable geography.

What do you expect from a White House (& entire Fed gov) filled with affirmative action hires?!

If you shut down the Fed. gov the payrolls of blacks would plummet like a bolder!

Clearly, CNN is anti-Obama. What difference does it make as long as he visits all 57 American states??

Yes, I saw parts of that program. My daughter is a freshman in college and her English teacher has given an assignment to write about why the schools are failing. I asked her if she was being set up and she said she didn’t think so. They are given a list of videos and articles to use as reference material. Stupid in America is on the list!

Go Tarleton Texans!!

Mark Steyn had a good line the other day about Obama's gaffe about the "intercontinental railroad"--"the Atchison, Topeka, and St. Tropez."

The first transcontinental line went through Nebraska and Wyoming, just north of the northern border of Colorado.

Must be handled by the same office that feed Obama the "intercontinental railroad" line which he used not just in Ohio but again in CA.
