I was listening to Neil Boortz last night and he was talking about this new Carbon EPA stuff. He said that the EPA was hiring, get this, 230,000 new employees whose sole responsibility was to process this new paper work. He said that it was going to cost (I think) 1.4 million jobs right out of the box and companies will have to fold, and that some powerplants that we desparate need will be shut down, electricity is going to go through the roof. C02, a natural occuring Gas, is now pollution.
He did say that Hermain Cain said the first thing he would do is get rid of the EPA.
I think this is outrageous, the only one hiring is the federal government and they are hiring so they can eliminate private jobs. At this point, the government is an enemy of the people, what other conclusion can one come to?
I would vote for him on this issue alone....the EPA is out of control.
The EPA and the DOE (Department of Education) are a good start of federal agencies to cut from the budget, immediately.
The Energy department and the Department of Labor are right up there as well.
The sole purpose of this new EPA law is to put companies out of business. Did you know when the EPA makes a rule, like this new Carbon law. There is no input from the public, the EPA cannot consider cost to the economy or consider loss of jobs, BY LAW. They are not legally to allowed to take in those kinds of considerations and there is literally no debate allowed on it, they simply state it, and it’s law. This is tyranny.
The EPA has figured out that the best way to justify its existence is to create absurdly burdensome regulations. Not only will these regulations justify its existence but it will justify its expansion! After all, it is going to need to hire more workers to enforce these regulations. And the cycle continues do you see how government grows like a cancer? Its goal is to spread, to survive. It can do this because it is surviving on an endless supply of taxpayer dollars. I say endless because government can force you to hand over more dollars at the point of a gun, in order to fund itself. Or it can just spend money that it doesnt have and tell your grandchildren that they will be stuck with the bill. There is no skin in the game for the people spending the money when they can pass the buck along to later generations.
But back to the EPA weve talked about newly proposed EPA regulations on greenhouse gas emissions. This would require millions of businesses to file for EPA permits, fill out burdensome paperwork and prove that you are complying with emissions regulations. This is time, labor, that is being taken away from the private marketplace to produce goods and services and forced to be used to comply with government regulations.
Whether these regulations actually end up going into effect remains to be seen, but even the EPA itself acknowledges that these regulations are absurd and would require a tremendous amount of new government bureaucrats. In an EPA court briefing it states, While EPA acknowledges that come 2016, the administrative burdens may still be so great that compliance may still be absurd or impossible to administer at that time, that does not mean that the Agency is not moving toward the statutory thresholds.
How many government hacks would it take to enforce this one regulation? Up to 230,000 new government workers would be needed to process all of the new paperwork! This is estimated to cost the taxpayers $21 billion, and that doesnt even include the compliance costs associated with the economic loss for these businesses forced to comply with the regulation.
And how much will the new EPA regulations cost in private sector jobs? The estimate is 1.4 million.
Now .. heres something else you need to remember about the EPA. By law (please not the seriousness of those words, by law) the EPA cannot consider the cost of a new regulation. If the EPA decides that this or that gas or particle needs to be controlled then it must move forward to institute regulations to control that gas or particle, and CANNOT consider the cost of those regulations to our economy. If they have to hire a quarter-million additional government hacks to administer the new regulation; so what? And if the new regulation costs a million and a-half jobs in the private sector; again, so what? The EPA cannot even consider those factors.
It is any wonder that businesses in this country are sitting tight, hesitant to invest or expand with regulations like this coming down the pipeline?
Remember that when asked if you were forced to eliminate one department from the federal government, which one would you eliminate and why Herman Cain said the EPA.

Forget about that 999 tax that would do awful things to our country. It is a mouse compared to the elephant EPA in the room.
Perry said that he would strive to make government as inconsequential in our lives as possible. Nice platitude and I can get behind that, yet Cain tells us exactly which dragon he will slay.
230,000? That’s more than GM employs now. Find this hard to believe—even for the Obama Administration.
I see how a (relatively) bloodless coup occurs: 1...6 You win.
You missed 3.5: Create a hidden army of undocumented Joe Stacks and the likes of Patrick Henry
Don't forget that Newton's third law of Motion applies to politics too.
In order to prevent Hussein to carry out one of his campaign threats, won’t the GOP-dominated House quash any request for the funding that would be necessary to hire the 230,000 paper pushers?
5. Foment class warfare just because.
6. You win.
You win for a while... unbelievably, despite the numerous historic failures to create their “socialist utopia”, because eventually these psychopaths destroy its only revenue source - the private sector.

Absolutely.
It is no trivial matter employing and deploying nearly a quarter million new-hires across the country to work their sabotage. It would take years as new real-estate is acquired, training, promoting and relocating management. I assume much of this would be legal and clerical which would overwhelm the already existing EPA [kangaroo]court system, and so that would greatly expand with specialized labor.
There is a hidden beauty in all of this. It can be a guaranteed certainty that 100% of the hires will be hard-core Communists and Marxists who hate America, American Principles and have an axe to grind. While it might take a decade to staff up, nothing would bring me greater joy than viewing the EPA as a roach hotel attracting the worst of the worst bureaucrats and lawyers under the umbrella of an agency that can be completely wiped out at the stroke of a pen thrusting these miserable Gaia worshiping reprobates into permanent unemployment.
Having the stain of EPA on one's résumé is a self-inflicted black-listing. A company would rather hire serial killers and pedophiles before the likes of this human garbage.
That is called Alinsky 101.

“Had enough? Vote conservative in 2012”
Don’t bet on it!
The GOP is the “go along to get along party.” All ways was, All ways will be. Don’t believe it...just wait and see.
Reducing the society to warring tribes.
Yeah, for "a while" indeed.
Obama’s domestic army will have several divisions to oppress the masses.
