Gov. Chris Christie is seriously rethinking his months of denials and may launch a campaign for the White House after all, a source close to the governor said tonight.

In the last week, Christie has been swayed away from his earlier refusals to run by an aggressive draft effort from a cadre of Republicans and donors unhappy with the GOP field, said the source, who was not authorized to speak publicly and requested anonymity.

Excellent, he will take half of the support from the SOB liberal Romney. Run Christie Run, or to be more realistic just walk since it is hard for you to run.

And of course, Reagan announced in November, 1979

I am sorry, that argument does not hold. Everyone knew Reagan was running in 1980 [sic]. He even had an informercial in the Summer of 1979.

I'm sorry, your argument is not correct.

Many though in the summer or 1979 that Reagan would probably run. Many thought in the summer of 2011 that Palin would probably run.

CHRISTIE DEFENDS MUSLIM JUDGE APPOINTMENT:

“But it was a follow-up question on the fear of Sharia Law that set the governor off. “Sharia Law has nothing to do with this at all, it’s crazy!” he cried. “The guy is an American citizen!” He concluded that the “Sharia Law business is just crap… and I’m tried of dealing with the crazies,” adding with disgust and frustration that “it’s just unnecessary to be accusing this guy of things just because of his religious background.”

NO THANK YOU!!!

What evah.

I frankly will be happen to see Hussein booted.

Of course, Michele Bachmann is rightly telling us that we “don’t have to settle” for a RINO this time around.

Conservatives, she says, are always told to go sit down and shut up—because the establishment says we have to pick someone “electable”. Hussein is so unpopular, though, that a strong conservative—not necessarily an establishment darling—can BEAT Hussein in the general election.

I like Michele, and am sorry to see her struggling so much. She is still a good woman, and will love to see her rise in the ranks of the House leadership. I just don’t think the Presidency is in the cards for her this go ‘round.

Maybe she will be Speaker someday. :)

It’s the Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown!

Okay then. Reagan didn't announce in November.

(Unbelievable)

I don't know if Palin is indecisive. My bet is she has already decided, but is waiting for her moment. The longer she waits, the less time for the lamestream media to portray her as something she is not.

How many times has Christie said he is not running, and now he might be thinking about it? That is indecisive.

She is struggling because she made a fool of herself, plain and simple.

Even if Christie was so liberal on so many issues, the mere fact that he himself has said he is not ready ... pretty much is a dis-qualifier, who would know better than him?

Yeah Anne Coulter is so cool. A skin and bone woman having a crush on a fat man. Now let us all praise and glorify Anne Coulter for her coolness and make her the center of attention.

“Christie has been swayed away from his earlier refusals to run by an aggressive draft effort from a cadre of Republicans and donors unhappy with the GOP field,..” “from a cadre of Republicans “ READ: “herd of worried Rinos” (Their boy Romney is faltering. Actually Romney is more of a conservative than Christie could EVER be - and THAT should worry EVERYBODY on this forum)

Not RINOs, but Republicans

I have no problem with Christie running but I'm voting for Perry, Bachmann, Gingrich, or Palin in the primary and whatever Republican wins the primary in the general. I want a landslide victory over Obama/Biden/Clinton/Reid/Pelosi so we can repeal Obamacare and get this country back on track (think Reagan). If Christie ends up bringing out more Republican voters to deliver NJ all the better. I like a Perry/Gingrich ticket but could see how Perry might be paired with a Christie instead; not my first choice for VP.

I will take Palin at her word. Based on her own words she has not decided whether to run and she stressed how important a decision it is ... now she is going past her self-imposed deadline. Palin has many great qualities but decisiveness is not one of them. I say that not to trash this great woman but also not to cover up for her either.

Lifenews.com: New Jersey Governor Chris Christie Headlines Pro-Life Rally

From January 2011...

Christie has received praise from pro-life advocates since becoming the first pro-life governor in the state since the 1973 Supreme decision of Roe v. Wade allowed virtually unlimited abortions and propelled New Jersey to become one of the states with the highest number of abortions annually. Since his election, Christie has steadfastly refused to sign a bill funding the Planned Parenthood abortion business and it has since closed three of its centers due to the taxpayer funding cuts.

I am not advocating or opposing Christie at this point...just showing what the pro-life forces in his own state say about him.

Look, if Christie could deliver New Jersey, Hussein is in DEEP effing trouble. Because if Jersey goes Republican, it very well could also mean Pennsylvania going...and MAYBE even one or two other New England states.

Hussein thinks those states are in the bag already, and if his cabal has to defend THAT territory, Katie bar the door.

Both Christie and Palin are indecisive. Not endearing qualities for the Presidency.

It is not indecisive to say that one will make known a decision within a certain timeframe. That is what Palin is doing. Christie is a whole different matter.

To those who are familiar with Palin's public life and record, it is clear that the woman is anything but indecisive.
