If they keep him, where will they keep him and will he be read his Miranda rights and appointed an attorney?
This could be sticky for Obama. He wants to kill all of the people by Drones who could help us with intelligence. So he won’t have to deal with the phony Gitmo issue and the lack of enhanced interrogation that helped keep us safe for years.

It seems Khan would be a prime target to go to Gitmo were it not for Obama and lapdog Holder just announcing the closure of it in 2012.

If you mean they'll turn him loose, I doubt it. The Haqqani network is controlled by the Pakistani ISI and they want Karzai and his government gone. The Haqqanis are part of the Taliban elite which the Pakistanis will use to control Afghanistan once we get out.
