The premise of his rhetorical questions are approaching the level of criminality. Getting police and firefighters "back to work" is not a Federal function. Short-term grants do not make these jobs permanent. Police and fire jobs are highly dependent on property tax and sales tax - both local sources.

If the economy is in the crapper, Barry would rather provide temporary feel-good fixes (grants and political pay-ffs to unions), rather than getting out of the way of the small businesses that will allow both local property taxes and local sales taxes to improve, to allow laid-off police and fire personnel to get back to work.

The use of false-premise questions is getting frickin' embarrassing to watch. They try to pose the questions as a series of Hobson's Choice but in reality they are more like "when did you stop beating your wife" in their construct. "Would you rather give tax breaks to millionaires or starve children" has GOT to stop, and true conservatives NEED to push back with logical arguments.

The Laffer Curve has been side-lined....it works.

I've not heard of any police or firefighters being let go. Where is this supposed to be happening?

Excellent post that bears repeating. Another annoying and dishonest tactic by libs is to cite an isolated instance of a perceived inequity and use it as an argument to condemn their political opponents and to justify demands for more government spending, regulation, and taxation.

The real truth in FUBO’s statements is that his only concern is for unionized government workers and unionized construction workers. They do not constitute the bulk of those who are out of work! They constitute one of his key constituencies. He doesn’t give a rats ass about jobs for the average worker and by extension “Holder’s People either.
