Seems this is huge. I would think this would be the topic of its own posting:
Sen. Charles Grassley, R-Iowa, ranking Republican on the Senate Judiciary Committee, adde that months before Holder testified -- on Jan. 31 -- he came to Grassley's office, where Grassley gave him a letter detailing the investigation of Fast and Furious.
"If he read my letter, he knew on January 31," Grassley told Fox News. "He probably actually knew about it way back in the middle of last year or earlier.

Looks like the White House wasn’t ready for CBS to engage in a random act of journalism.
Frankly, I’m a little concerned that CBS is taking the lead on this story. It gives CBS too much power.

Boy, this sounds like we now have teenagers running the WH and the DOJ...screaming at someone who ask a question...if this is true...these teenagers need to grounded until 1/2013.

Sheesh! Doesn’t this woman know about the MSM’s “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell” policy?
Don’t ask questions, don’t tell the truth.

[The White House and Justice Department] will tell you that I'm the only reporter--as they told me--that is not reasonable. They say the Washington Post is reasonable, the LA Times is reasonable, the New York Times is reasonable, I'm the only one who thinks this is a story, and they think I'm unfair and biased by pursuing it. "Reasonable" apparently means covering up not merely potential White House knowledge of, but actual participation in a series of felonies including murder. That is what the Washington Post, the NY Times, and the LA Times consider "reasonable". Apparently decades-old spraypaint on a rock in Texas is more important than the killing of a Border Patrol officer in Arizona by a firearm that the ATF deliberately placed in criminal hands. Props to CBS, disgust toward the rest.

It was o.k. with CBS to call the Tea party racists, teabaggers, angry white people, sunofabitches, etc...
But it’s all different when one of their own is abused...

the White House and Justice Department have taken to screaming at her for reporting on the story The WHOLE White House and DOJ? In unison? Now THAT's a feat! So much for no-drama Obama, eh? I get the feeling behind the scenes, he goes as drama-queen as they come.

Attkisson is getting close to a real story here and her higher ups know it and are obviously backing her. I say obviously because one can only imagine that the WH has been on the phone to CBS to tell them to cease and desist.
The fact that Attkisson is carrying on is evidence enough that CBS bosses told the WH "no dice."
CBS and others smell Obama's and Holder's blood in the water. No wonder there have been screaming episodes by the Administration, they are scared and desperate...with good reason.

What this article doesn’t mention is the screaming, swearing Obama Justice Department spokeswoman was Ann Compton of ABC News.
