At least four people, including two women, were injured Tuesday in a shootout between gunmen and Mexican authorities in a residential neighborhood in Ciudad Acuña.

The Attorney General's Office for the state of Coahuila reported the confrontation began shortly before noon Tuesday when a Dodge Durango carrying civilian gunmen came across a security convoy in downtown Acuña composed of army troops and state police.

Best line: Esteban was a pimp, and a friend of Bill's mother.

(If I were Tarantino, I wouldn't drive a beat-up truck and work at an airport.)

Have you ever read about Zapata, Villa, and the Mexican Revolution? Every main leader or character involved, including Zapata and Villa, died a violent death. Both Zapata and Villa had no qualms about killing both prisoners and innocents who just got in the way. In many ways, Villa was nothing but a cold-blooded murdere who loved violence and killing. But he did think Marxism was stupid, so guess he wasn’t all bad. For a good book, if you haven’t read it already, read “ Villa and Zapata: A History of The Mexican Revolution” by Frank McLynn.
