Five Republican presidential candidates said they will boycott a proposed Univision-sponsored debate in January after allegations emerged that the Spanish-language network tried to blackmail Florida Republican Sen. Marco Rubio over a story about his brother-in-law.

I have a few choice Spanish phrases for Univision, but using those phrases would likely get me banned or suspended.
yep
They can still show Ron Paul debating with the voices in his head.
In totally unrelated news, Republican candidates continue to eagerly sign up for debates that consist of gotcha questions from liberal democrats.
Can anybody remember what year Spanish language networks began to appear in the US?

I don't know about the Spanish Networks, but Spanish language TV was introduced in 1951.
Whenever Ricky got angry with Lucy and was yelling, he always broke into his native Cuban.
Can anybody remember when Spanish language networks weren't the majority of networks in California?
Wow, his BiL’s cocaine bust in the 80’s? Right up there with the WaPo’s looking under rocks in TX.

I understand companies running commercials on Spanish television (since illegals are consumers), but in reality how many non-English speaking people are voting?
I know some do, but is it enough to make this worthwhile?
Ricky/Desi’s native language was Spanish.
I know I went to Miami in 1980 and didn’t speak English for 4 days.
Yeah, Miami has had a large Spanish speaking presence since the Cubans ran away from Castro. They weren’t exactly made from the same stuff as the Minutemen of 1775.
