We are no longer a nation of laws. Now we have a privileged class that is given a pass, where any of us commoners would face serious jail time. This is just an outrage.

It doesn’t say she’s a Republican within the first paragraph.
Obviously a rat?

She should rot in prison the rest of her life!
Fined 268 $'s? For killing two people? An acquaintance of mine was fined 250 $'s for going 25-30 mph over the speed limit.

Per the article, the Texas DPS recommended she be charged with criminally negligent homicide. But, the grand jury chose to not indict her.
There’s not much information about what actually happened, other than she drifted across the center line into oncoming traffic. Maybe she was distracted, maybe she fell asleep.
However, her grandkids weren’t secured in the vehicle. Her son and one of the grandkids were actually ejected from the vehicle and seriously injured. She lied to investigators about it, even putting the grandkid back into the car and into the car seat he wasn’t originally riding in.

"While on scene Suzanne (Williams) told me that no one had been ejected from her vehicle and that everyone was extracted from the vehicle by rescue ... Suzanne failed to inform me of the truth of the events that had taken place before anyone arrived on scene," See, when a Democrat lies, it's for the sake of the children. Otherwise the evil Republicans would take over and starve the poor. Omelets and eggs.
