In a letter to Congress, Attorney General Eric Holder has gone on the record with the most details yet about what he and other Justice Department officials knew about ATF's Fast and Furious operation, even though memos surfaced earlier this week showing multiple briefing memos mentioning Fast and Furious were sent to him as early as July of last year....
...Holder blamed Congress for failing to consider whether "additional tools are needed to stem the flow of guns to Mexico" and warned "until we move beyond the current political climate..nothing is going to change."

You are correct on both points. We all know he knew at least as far back as July 2010 and I suspect even well before then. However if we are willing to accept his defense that he was asleep at the switch then he is guilty of criminal negligence.
in either case many people are dead as a result of his action or non action.

This CBS story is really amazing. Typical Obama tactics blame everyone else. We are supposed to believe that Holders chief was completely up to date on all the elements of F&F except for the controversial parts. We are to believe that even though Holder meets with and talks to his chief every day they never discussed it. We are to believe his chief had unchecked authority over F&F.

.Holder blamed Congress for failing to consider whether "additional tools are needed to stem the flow of guns to Mexico" You know, I would make the statement that this entire administration is dumber than a box of rocks but that really wouldn't even begin to describe the idiocy the Democrat Party has in the White House and on Capital Hill.

Considering the level of stupidity on display Holder might want to consider an insanity defense.

Yep - he's dumb. Congress had the "let's not come up with a program to arm the cartels to set up a repeal of the 2nd Amendment" tool. The political climate he complains about is that they don't have 100% free-run and impunity to continue with the subversion/treason/cover-ups.

“...with what he knows...”. I call Bullsh!t!
Consider this, not only was there coordination amongst a NUMBER of Executive agencies which no bureaucrat would try to initiate on his own but let us assume, for the sake of attempting to reveal truth, some individual DID do just that (which is what Zero and his buddy Holder are expecting us to believe). What would their reaction be if that were actually the case?
I assure you that they would not be bunkering in and hoping it blows over. No they would have that person in handcuffs and an orange jumpsuit so fast it would give everyone vertigo! They would be holding that person up in the Klieg lights by the nape of the neck like a puppy that just peed on the carpet! The fact that this is NOT what is happening tells one everything you need to know. THERE IS NO SUCH INDIVIDUAL. Ergot, Fast and Furious came from “the top”.

holder is such a dishonest boob. Shouldn’t he be in jail or something? The fact that he isn’t in the dock is a sad commentary on current “justice” in America.

Every time I heard the phrase Fast and Furious I thought they were referring to the Vin Diesel movie, Holder said in his letter. He would think that way, him with his B-movie Justice Dept.

Getting rid of Holder is a Pipe Dream.. and is delusional..While "delusional" may be a little extreme, getting rid of him may be may not be as productive as leaving him there, swinging in the wind along with The Kenyan.
Just think of the campaign ads that are being written as we speak. Someone new in the office would deny us this.

No they would have that person in handcuffs and an orange jumpsuit so fast it would give everyone vertigo! Correct. They can't find any person responsible for this heinous fiasco?
No, because they themselves are so clearly guilty.

This what happens we we elect an atheistic ideologue into the office of POTUS without the even the simplest effort to vett his qualifications to lead this once great nation in her judeo-Christian founding ideals. We failed as a people to protect her from evil and evil now is in control of this nation, just as it is in control of much the world as a whole. Hurry up an come Lord, and may the hand of God the Father wipe away the iniquity of our ways...unfortunately our nation, with its current atheistic socialism, will bear much of the brunt of that Hand's force.

Holder has had plenty of time to prepare the Acting Inspector General’s report on Fast and Furious, but nothing has happened. Oh, I forgot. The AIG is an old friend of Holder, and she has kept the Arizona group well-informed of what she is up to.
The corruption at DOJ is so pervasive it will demand an immediate housecleaning in January 2013. The Republicans should pay some entity, The Heritage Foundation comes to mind, to provide an action plan that can be put into effect on that date. The same should be done for Energy and Education.

Attkisson waited that long to produce a nothing-burger article on a pro forma letter? When there are so many F&F agents willing to tell their story? CBS got to her...
